Nelo is a Manchester, UK–based UGC and influencer infrastructure company building the most culturally diversified creator ecosystem connecting brands, creators, communities, and commerce.

We help brands grow through UGC creators, micro-influencers, and community activation, moving beyond traditional advertising to trust-driven marketing.

We are looking for Social Media & Community Video Content Ambassadors / Campus Ambassadors to help grow the Nelo creator community and support brand onboarding across the UK.

This role is ideal for marketing students, campus ambassadors, content creators, and recent graduates interested in the creator economy and social media marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish video content (Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts) promoting Nelo

• Produce YouTube videos (up to 12 minutes) explaining Nelo and creator opportunities

• Use your personal presence and voice as a Nelo Social Media Community Ambassador

• Act as a Campus Ambassador representing Nelo within your university or local community

• Help onboard UGC creators and nano influencers into the Nelo ecosystem

• Encourage and mobilise your campus or local community to join Nelo as creators

• Help identify and onboard brands interested in UGC and influencer marketing

• Share and amplify Nelo content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Requirements

• Must know how to create and edit short-form video content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)

• Must be confident on camera

• Must feel comfortable using your face to represent Nelo online

• Must have a good video production camera phone and ring light for content creation

• Strong interest in UGC, influencer marketing, and the creator economy

• Ability to engage and influence campus or community audiences
