Description:
We're looking for a freelance Social Media Content Creator to help us manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a hands on, creative role where no two days will look the same. You'll be creating and scheduling content, engaging with our community, and bringing fresh ideas to the table. While most of your work can be done remotely, you'll need to be available to come into Warwickshire for in person sessions when needed.
We don't just want someone to tick boxes; we want you to bring your unique creative flair, put your own stamp on the brand, and try things we haven't done before.

Key Tasks
- Content Creation: Script, film, edit and schedule a mix of founder led and podcast content.
- Podcast Clipping: Edit and schedule highly engaging, viral worthy clips for shorts from podcast episodes.
- Content Filming: Travel to Warwickshire for regular, hands on filming sessions to capture fresh, dynamic content for the brand.
- Asset Creation: Create social media assets, carousels and thumbnails for episodes.
- Insights & Analytics: Monitor performance and share insights to help shape our content strategy.
- Creative Experimentation: Brainstorm and test out of the box ideas, new trends, and fresh formats to expedite our organic growth.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for women's health and the It's Not Just A Period mission.
- Experience in social media content creation, ideally for a brand.
- Experience editing short form content (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
- Experience in creating social media assets and thumbnails.
- An understanding of social media channels; what works, what doesn't, and why.
- Excellent communicator and strong written communication skills.
- Someone self motivated, proactive and driven.
- Based in or around the Warwickshire area.
