This role involves managing the company’s online presence by delivering strategy, producing excellent content, analysing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in social media, PR, and digital marketing, who is creative and passionate about their work.
Responsibilities:
Research target audiences and discover current trends.
Create engaging text, video, and image content.
Monitor web traffic and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop an optimal posting schedule across social media platforms.
Update the website and keep content fresh.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via social media DMs.
Report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Organise and arrange events as required.
Work with external agents to deliver on campaigns.
Undertake audience research and monitor social media performance.
Skills & Experience Required:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Demonstrable history of launching successful social media campaigns across major platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and idea generation.
A self-starter attitude with a strong team-player mentality.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.
