What the role involves:
- Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content across key social platforms.
- Strategy Execution: Implement marketing and content strategies set by the Marketing Manager.
- Asset Design: Design or coordinate visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Content Innovation: Suggest new content formats, tools, and strategies to grow presence.
- Campaign Support: Deliver tailored social content for brand and campaign launches.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Brand Coordination: Source brand assets from partners and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Audience Growth: Drive follower growth and engagement across all social platforms.
- Calendar Management: Manage content calendar and ensure timely publishing across channels.
- Insights & Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and trends to inform social strategy and content direction.
- Platform Trends: Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
