A creative and results-driven Social Media Manager is needed to join a dynamic marketing agency to develop and implement effective social media strategies that will enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive traffic across various social platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management, public relations, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategic social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with SEO experts, graphic designers, and web developers to produce brand-consistent content including visuals, videos, and written posts.
- Track and analyze social media trends and performance metrics to inform content strategies and improve engagement.
- Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliver detailed reports, and align on monthly goals.
- Engage with the online community, addressing comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in social media management.
- 1+ year of experience in team management.
- Experience working with multiple clients in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as PM tools (e.g., Click-Up) and scheduling tools (e.g., SEMrush, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A passion for digital marketing and staying current with social media trends.
