RM Technology, through its TTS Group, is looking for a strategic, creative, and analytical Social Media Manager to drive brand awareness and customer engagement across all social platforms. As part of the Brand Team, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of organic and paid social media strategies across multiple global channels, aligned with marketing goals for the Early Years and Schools markets. The role involves close collaboration with digital acquisition managers, customer service teams, content creators, and influencers to build a strong and engaging online presence.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage the end-to-end content lifecycle — from planning and creative development to performance tracking and optimisation. In this data-driven and highly creative role, you'll oversee social campaigns, foster online communities, manage budgets, and present opportunities for growth based on social trends and performance analytics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global social media strategy in alignment with digital and marketing objectives

  • Manage and optimise content across all platforms for maximum brand engagement

  • Collaborate with campaign and digital acquisition teams to unify organic and paid strategies

  • Drive exponential growth in social reach, awareness, and engagement

  • Create compelling, on-brand multimedia content tailored to platform-specific best practices

  • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of social media algorithms and audience behavior

  • Manage and allocate social media budgets to maximise ROI

  • Conduct performance reviews and prepare detailed analytics and recommendations

  • Research and evaluate emerging platforms and community-building strategies

  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure proactive and effective issue management

  • Partner with influencers to expand brand reach and engagement

  • Ensure consistent brand tone-of-voice (TOV) across all platforms


Requirements & Skills:

  • Extensive experience in social media management (preferably B2B)

  • Strong command of social platforms, best practices, KPIs, and tools

  • Proven success in community building and social media growth

  • Advanced knowledge of paid social campaigns and platform-specific ad regulations

  • Creative, analytical, and able to handle multiple concurrent campaigns at pace

  • Experience with influencer management and collaboration

  • Comfortable presenting data-backed insights and influencing stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Experience ensuring consistent brand messaging across diverse platforms
