Social Media Manager

We’re working with a high-growth, premium, multi-site consumer brand redefining its category through exceptional experience, design and service.
This is not a standard social media role.
We are looking for someone who can elevate and own the brand’s entire social presence — creatively, visually and strategically.
The Role
- Own and execute the social media strategy end-to-end
- Create, shoot and edit high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Translate a premium, physical customer experience into best-in-class digital storytelling
- Manage content calendars, campaigns and day-to-day publishing
- Analyse performance and continuously refine approach
- Work closely with the Founder and marketing team in a high-autonomy environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Social Media role within a premium / luxury / design-led brand
- (e.g. hospitality, fitness, beauty, wellness, luxury retail)
- Strong creative eye and aesthetic judgement — this is non-negotiable
- Hands-on content creation skills (filming, editing, copy, visual storytelling)
- Comfortable owning both organic and paid social
- Highly organised, proactive and able to operate at pace
- Someone who genuinely cares about brand quality and detail
