• Communication Skills Effective communication skills are essential for an R&D Tax Consultant, including the ability to communicate complex tax concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Attention to Detail An R&D Tax Consultant must have a keen eye for detail, and be able to identify and document qualifying activities and expenditures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Project Management The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and activities, and meet deadlines is critical for success in this role.
• Technical Expertise - recognised as an expert in own discipline.
• Professionalism & Ethics - competently acts in the best interest of the client and team.
