As a Software Developer, you will work closely with our team to maintain and develop our suite of applications used throughout the company, particularly within marketing, compliance, and back-office functions. You will collaborate with other business departments to identify technical solutions and work alongside our internal development team to implement them effectively.

As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will be:

• Analyze new business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions, including reports and applications, using C# and SQL coding for database interactions.
• Collaborate with the IT department and other stakeholders to document requirements and communicate them to the development team.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure that new functionality meets the intended goals.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Ideally your skillset will be:

• A mathematical or IT-based degree from a reputable university, with a grade of 2-1 or higher.
• Strong A-levels in science or maths-related subjects.
• Programming experience, preferably in C#, with knowledge of SQL as an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in quantitative and probabilistic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
