Software Development Apprentice

Description:

The role involves working as part of a small office-based team supporting Primary and Secondary Schools with the Library Management System that we have developed. You will primarily be assisting with the troubleshooting, and resolution, of bugs within our Library system. You will also be involved in the testing and bug resolution for other products that we have in development.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Troubleshoot, resolve and respond to bug reports
• Provide support to our customers on occasion
• Testing new releases of the system and other products
• Assist with product documentation

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
