Adria Solutions Ltd, a boutique firm in Greater Manchester operating in a regulated sector, is seeking a C# Senior Software Developer to join their agile development team. This hands-on role involves working on full-stack applications using .NET, Angular, Docker, and AWS, with a focus on technical leadership, product influence, and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain internal and client-facing applications using .NET and Angular

• Build new features using modern tools such as Docker and AWS ECS

• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability in all development

• Influence architectural decisions and participate in shaping technical direction

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced in software development and full-stack technologies

• Knowledgeable in agile and DevOps workflows

• Proactive, collaborative, and skilled in mentoring junior developers

• Familiarity with regulated or professional services industries is a plus

• Awareness of GDPR and secure development practices is desirable
