What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with your team to design and implement new features or enhancements for our cloud-based email security platform.
- Work on a global, distributed infrastructure using modern Java services.
- Deliver AWS-based Java services through CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
- Participate in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Take part in troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside experienced engineers.
- Keep up to date with technology trends and apply new knowledge to your work.
- Engage in a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow, and who bring:
- A genuine interest in software engineering and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Some experience with Java or object-oriented programming.
- Enthusiasm for cloud technologies—experience with AWS is a bonus, but not required.
- An interest in learning about CI/CD practices and tools (such as Jenkins).
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and personal growth.
- Some exposure to troubleshooting and debugging software.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (especially AWS), modern development practices, or email technologies.
- Interest in secure coding practices and understanding of software security.
