Software Test Engineer

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer to join a leading technology organisation working on complex, high-performance systems. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing automated test solutions that ensure the reliability and quality of cutting-edge software.

The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python
• Execute and analyse tests across embedded and application-level software
• Collaborate with developers and systems engineers to improve test coverage and reliability
• Support integration, regression, and performance testing activities

Skills & Experience

• Strong scripting and test automation experience in Python
• Background in software testing or quality assurance within complex systems
• Familiarity with embedded or Linux-based environments (advantageous)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g. Git, Jenkins)
