A leading law firm is expanding its nationally recognised Healthcare Regulatory team and seeks to appoint a Solicitor based in Manchester. The role involves working on high-quality matters such as inquests, Court of Protection (COP), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and Information Law. The successful candidate will join an experienced team acting for NHS Resolution and private care providers, managing a steady flow of high-value instructions and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of healthcare regulatory legal matters.

• Represent clients at inquests and participate in advocacy work.

• Provide expert advice on complex issues including Court of Protection, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and information governance.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional legal service.

• Collaborate nationally with colleagues as part of a top-tier healthcare regulatory practice.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE.

• Essential experience in healthcare regulatory law.

• Confident advocate with strong technical and legal skills.

• Commercially minded, well-organised, and client-focused.

• Ability to handle a mixture of complex and straightforward legal matters.
