Solution Architect

Description:

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in delivering impactful solutions for our customers. You will oversee all phases of engagement, from initial design to implementation and handover, ensuring continuous governance and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roadmap & Strategy:
  Collaborate with customers to develop a roadmap and strategy for the platform’s development, aligned with their outcomes and requirements. Conduct regular roadmap sessions to maximize the platform’s ROI.

• End-to-End Thinking:
  Adopt a holistic approach when defining solutions, considering data, processes, platforms, and applications. Ensure the right tools are used to meet customer outcomes.

• Wider Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, and GTM teams to develop solutions for new and prospective customers. Collaborate with Product & Workflow leads to drive continuous improvement.

• Governance & Assurance:
  Provide governance and assurance across Pre-Sales, Sales, GTM, Implementation, and Delivery. Act as an escalation point when required, ensuring adherence to design and requirements.

• Requirements & Outcome Translation:
  Work directly with Pre-Sales or customers to clarify and extrapolate requirements, ensuring the solution design delivers desired outcomes.

• Stakeholder & Account Management:
  Engage with stakeholders at all levels to articulate solutions clearly, building relationships as a trusted advisor within the customer organization.
