Spa & Store Receptionist

Description:

As a spa and store receptionist you will be providing and facilitating 5* customer service both on the shop floor, and in an operational capacity. You'll be the heartbeat of communications between our 60 strong team (reaching up to 120 at Christmas!) and our local community.

Lush Spa Birmingham was the number one Spa globally for Spa Voucher sales last Christmas, and for the whole of the last financial year. We reached £100,000 in voucher sales, 132% growth compared to pre-pandemic. The reception team played a vital role in this, so we're expanding our team as we look to aim towards £150,000 of Spa Voucher sales in the next financial year!

We need you to be:

A warm and welcoming host to all visitors of Lush, both as a receptionist and in a sales position when required

Highly organised to ensure the smooth running of spa behind the scenes for a truly relaxing experience for our spa clients

Professional in dealing with all manner of customer and staff interactions, including more challenging circumstances. Approaching from a solution focused perspective.

Adaptable to the changes that come with running a global flagship spa and store.
