The impact you’ll make

When a client walks into the spa they are there to enjoy some well earned down time, whether it be alone or whilst socilaising with friends they want to revitalize mind, body and soul. Escaping from the stresses and distractions of everyday life in order to restore wellbeing and you and your team are create this experience and escapism.

What you’ll do

  • You will be responsible for the treatments offered by the spa and ensure these are relevant, contemporary to the clients needs and are offered to the highest standards
  • Maximise Spa revenue and profit by delivering quality products and service and utilize targets and commission structures
  • Manage stock security and minimize loss via stock management systems, stock requisition procedures and stock count
  • Manage staffing levels robustly, through effective rosters to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • Deliver the recognised Marriott Spa journey for all clients
  • Maintain data integrity of electronic stock control system, point of sale and spa scheduling systems
  • Log and track all client feedback , providing timely responses to all comments
  • Review and develop the Treatment range offered by the Spa, ensuring that it is relevant and contemporary to the needs of the client
  • Conduct competitor visits to ensure Marriott’s pre-eminence in the market place as regards service, product offering and price
  • Ensure all Therapists are trained effectively to meet the required standards of the H&B industry
  • Trade test Therapists to ensure the quality and standard of treatments being given
  • Be aware of new industry trends and product developments
