A leading boutique B2B events company in London is hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead and expand its growing portfolio of international summits, executive dinners, and digital events. Known for producing high-quality, content-led, and bespoke experiences for senior decision-makers in sectors like oil & gas, manufacturing, and sustainability, the company seeks a motivated and results-oriented professional to drive sponsorship revenue and develop strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Sell tailored sponsorship packages to global brands and senior stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work cross-functionally with event content and operations teams to align sales strategies with client needs.
Use CRM tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and execute strategic outreach.
Contribute to launching new events and growing them into flagship conferences.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in the events sector.
A consultative and value-led sales approach with proven commercial acumen.
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and executive engagement.
Confidence interacting with C-level professionals.
A target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
