Sr Manager, Data Operations

Description:

Annalect is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Operations to oversee the deployment and ongoing local/regional support for clients using the Trackit platform. This role ensures that media buying data is collected, analyzed, and validated efficiently, providing critical insights for OMG’s global investment teams.

As a product expert, the Sr Manager will work closely with analysts, clients, and auditors to ensure accurate evaluations, reporting, and platform enhancements. The role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to optimize operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Manage & oversee Trackit platform operations for global and local market clients
📈 Ensure accuracy of evaluation calculations for media buying data and pricing benchmarks
🔍 Analyze and translate new client/auditor requirements into actionable solutions
📑 Create and maintain standard reports for OMG management, clients, and media auditors
🔗 Provide data outputs for integration with client dashboards
🚀 Deploy the platform for new multinational clients and expand to large single-market clients
💡 Enhance platform efficiency by incorporating local market requirements
🛠️ Provide troubleshooting and user support to ensure smooth platform functionality

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of experience in media agency/media systems
✔ Strong knowledge of global media investment and terminology
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables)
✔ Technical mindset with an understanding of development, databases, BI, and data visualization
✔ Excellent communication skills (multi-lingual is a plus)
✔ Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
✔ Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
