Sr Solution Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to implement our newly reimagined workforce management solution in customer environments. Your client management and interpersonal skills will enable you to utilize our defined implementation Methodology to meet milestones and completion dates, whilst leading and working closely with other teams to complete Net New Implementations, Migrations, change orders or ad hoc engagements.

The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing the UKG Pro WFM solution in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environment. The successful candidate will utilise the defined implementation Methodology to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. The successful candidate will work closely with other UKG team members to complete tasks toward completing Net New Implementations, Migrations, Change orders or ad hoc engagements in line with the appropriate Statement of Work. The ideal candidate will also possess good client management and interpersonal skills.

Other responsibilities may include understanding of related system Interfaces, follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations, provide knowledge transfer for customers to create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.

Responsibilities
 

• Actively participate in Client Configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
• Work closely with other UKG resources on new client implementation, migrations, and change order projects
• Proactively consult on UKG best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success
• Solution presenting
• Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and UKG resources for project related decisions
• Utilise your experience and knowledge to prioritise issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Analyzing customer configurations to resolve and or work around set up issues
• Provide significant transfer of UKG product knowledge to UKG customer
• Developing and documenting best practices
• Adhere to UKG rules of engagement
• Complete and submit in a timely manner all related business expenses and time/attendance bookings
   

Qualifications
 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with client/server and/or Web Based technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience implementing Cloud based HCM or WFM solutions
• Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
• Consulting / customer interface experience required
• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
• Business Travel may be required
• Full UK driving license
