Description:
As a Team Member (Stock) at Next’s London Kew Retail location, you will be an essential part of a fast-moving and dynamic store team. Your primary focus will be ensuring excellent stock management while delivering outstanding customer service across the store’s various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Operations:
Accurately process and manage stock by unpacking deliveries, scanning items, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring products are quickly and efficiently made available either on the sales floor or in storage. You’ll maintain the highest standards in stock handling to ensure customers always find the products they want.
Customer Service:
Offer fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products and answering any questions about the merchandise. Your passion for Next’s products and your communication skills will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience.
Store Maintenance:
Keep all operational areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms, and delivery areas clean, tidy, and well-organized. You’ll support a neat and attractive store environment that reflects Next’s high standards.
Teamwork and Flexibility:
Collaborate with colleagues across different store areas, including sales floors and stockrooms, to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be flexible and ready to assist wherever needed, maintaining a supportive and proactive team spirit.
