Mode Search is supporting a highly respected fashion house in their search for a Store Manager at one of their prestigious London locations.

Their innovative craftsmanship is ingrained in their collections ranging from men and women’s contemporary ready to wear, accessories and exquisite leather goods.

This role requires a manager with strong people management skills, as well as extensive luxury clientelling and boutique experience. It is the perfect opportunity for next step within the luxury retail sector.

The Role

  • Ensure policies, operational standards and procedures are communicated, understood and implemented whilst also proposing any improvement actions
  • Take accountability alongside Store Support for the health and safety management of the store.
  • Supervise loss asset protection and risk management
  • Ensure that the team are fully trained and understand the Company systems relating to point of sale and cash handling/stock loss control
  • Identify, recruit and develop talents and work with HR to secure succession plans.
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions
  • Take part in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff.
  • Drive the team to think commercially, consistently considering opportunities to add value
  • Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client retention objectives
  • Act as an ambassador in your local market, by proactively representing the Brand
  • Be aware of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Effectively lead, develop, and support the sales and operations team members of a store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.
  • Demonstrate dynamic, attentive, and inspiring leadership with strong relationship-building skills in internal and external clients while setting expectations for unsurpassed customer service.
  • Develop the performance of employees by increasing motivation, innovation, enthusiasm, and engagement
  • Achieve and/or Exceed Sales Plan: Partner with the Sales Manager to create, communicate, and
  • Clienteling/Service Excellence: Manager to lead and champion team in executing consistent and superior sales and service delivery to increase and retain customer loyalty.
