Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a strong customer service culture to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

• Build connections within the local community to attract new customers.

• Oversee store operations, including sales, profitability, and team performance.

• Train, mentor, and develop team members to excel in their roles.

• Ensure operational excellence and maintain brand standards.
