Key Responsibilities:
Drive a strong customer service culture to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Build connections within the local community to attract new customers.
Oversee store operations, including sales, profitability, and team performance.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to excel in their roles.
Ensure operational excellence and maintain brand standards.
Requirements:
Proven leadership skills with experience managing successful teams.
Ability to think strategically and plan for long-term success.

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting performance targets.
