In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest operational and service standards, ensuring compliance with audit processes, and driving sales performance. As a Store Manager, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for customer experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects Savers’ values of quality, affordability, and accessibility. You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service while maximizing store profitability and fostering strong community connections.
Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Drive sales performance while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve business goals and uphold company standards.
Manage inventory, merchandising, and product presentation.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Represent Savers as a positive community presence, promoting inclusivity and diversity.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A positive, driven attitude with a commitment to teamwork and inclusivity.
