Description:
We are currently seeking an Strategic Account Manager to join one of the rapidly expanding firms in retention marketing. You'll spearhead relationships and strategies for a select group of top-tier clients. Your responsibilities include leading email and retention strategies while overseeing their execution with our creative and implementation team.
This dynamic role demands a blend of strategic thinking, project management prowess, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to consistently deliver outstanding results to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing a select group of 4-5 key accounts within the agency.
- Leading strategy and communication to clients to ensure we are delivering excellent service and performance.
- Project manage the delivery and execution of our service with the creative and implementation team.
- Reporting to clients on performance and strategy, both in person and remotely
- Dedicated learning and development within Email, Retention and e-commerce to keep up with trends and share insights with the wider delivery team.
- Attend and host workshops on technical and soft skills to develop the skill set of a Retention Marketing Manager.
- Regular data analysis and performance reviews within third-party software (Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Triple Whale).
- Opportunity to grow into a wider strategic resource for the rest of the agency, auditing accounts and supporting audits within the sales process.
Key Skillsets:
- 2+ Years Klaviyo Experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Direct to Consumer brand OR E-commerce agency experience (Strongly Preferred)
- Passionate and dedicated to learning in and around Email Marketing, Retention and E-commerce - ESSENTIAL
- Numerical and Analytical Skills for data and performance
- Great communication and relationship-building skills for working with clients
