Hg2 Content Lab, a boutique creative agency specializing in storytelling for luxury hotels, destinations, and lifestyle brands, is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager for a 12-month maternity cover role. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic direction, brand positioning, and content planning for top-tier hospitality clients while helping to elevate Hg2’s presence as a premier creative and strategic partner.
As Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee high-profile accounts, manage client relationships, refine messaging strategies, and ensure smooth delivery of projects with a strong editorial focus. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, guide internal teams, and contribute to pitches, proposals, and agency growth initiatives.
This is an ideal role for an experienced account manager with a passion for luxury hospitality, travel, and brand strategy, who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
Client Strategy & Brand Positioning
Lead strategic planning and brand direction for key hospitality accounts.
Refine clients’ tone of voice, messaging, and positioning strategies.
Develop quarterly strategies aligned with client goals and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all deliverables align with a strong and consistent brand narrative.
Strengthen Hg2’s positioning as a strategic and creative partner.
Account Management
Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts.
Run client calls, manage feedback, and translate goals into clear briefs.
Oversee project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
Admin, Tracking & Reporting
Maintain project trackers, documentation, and workflows.
Deliver clear client reports and recaps with actionable insights.
Coordinate approvals and feedback loops between internal teams and clients.
Agency Growth & New Business
Contribute to pitch materials, creds decks, proposals, and case studies.
Support agency brand positioning through marketing initiatives and thought leadership.
Collaborate on strategic messaging for both internal and external use.
4–6+ years’ experience in account management, brand strategy, or marketing.
Proven expertise in hospitality, luxury, or travel sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of brand positioning, narrative development, and tone of voice.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a proactive mindset.
Experience collaborating with editorial teams to ensure brand consistency.
Italian fluency or experience working with Italian hospitality brands is highly advantageous.
