What The Day Will Look Like

Let us describe your typical day

• Well, in this role there isn’t a typical day. You will love being flexible and adaptive to client needs.
• A big part of your role will be helping clients identify their North Star - a tried and tested methodology that Aon use to help clients work out where they are going and how they will get there
• Listening is key, asking questions, being curious - matching client need with our great insights is vital
• Or you will be working on an exciting project that involves benchmarking, harmonisation or branding.
• In everything we do in this team we act as role models, exhibiting the right behaviours and driving our Aon United story.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Practical experience of sitting in front of clients developing clear, measurable, engaging strategies
• Able to demonstrate return on investment on benefit spend
• Worked with well-known employer brands - building relationships and originating income
• Experience of working within a professional services firm
• Past roles in employee benefit technology/consultancy
