Description:
Join AXA Retail as a Strategic Development Executive and support the growth of our Retail Intermediary partnerships. You’ll coordinate the onboarding and delivery of new deals within the Retail Distribution function, ensuring requirements, governance, and partner readiness activities are clearly defined, well-managed, and delivered on time. Working closely with the New Business Delivery Manager and the Bid and Proposal Manager, you’ll translate agreed business opportunities into controlled, scalable partnerships that contribute to AXA’s strategic growth ambitions.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
