Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of ingredient procurement across multiple raw material categories, ensuring quality, value, and resilience.
• Build and execute robust strategic sourcing and category management strategies across ingredients and commodities.
• Partner closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams to bring innovative food and beverage products to market.
• Develop and manage strong supplier relationships to unlock value, improve collaboration, and drive sustainability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and market risks, safeguarding business continuity.
• Collaborate with the wider Group to deliver sourcing synergies across FMCG and food manufacturing operations.
