Description:
Foster + Partners is seeking a Structural BIM Coordinator to play a key role in managing projects in alignment with the Foster + Partners Design Systems Strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering well-structured, coordinated models, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with the company's standards and workflows in Revit and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop drawings, models, images, and other structural design documents.
- Assist in the coordination of the internal structural team.
- Take responsibility for specific structural BIM design aspects and project development.
- Collaborate with external design teams and associated organizations.
- Manage Revit project production and project content.
- Ensure adherence to Foster + Partners' procedures, standards, and workflows.
- Provide mentorship on design systems and best practices.
- Liaise with the Central BIM & Design Systems team for effective communication of updates to project teams.
- Maintain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) records as per RIBA or equivalent standards.

- Legally authorized to work in the location of the position.
- Strong ability to analyze and formulate design decisions.
- Experience in using various media for project development and documentation.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in response to instructions.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Open-minded, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on medium/large-scale projects in Autodesk Revit and related technologies.
