Student Experience Administrator

 

Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a highly motivated team dedicated to improving the overall student experience at the University of Warwick. The Student Experience Administrator will provide critical financial and general administrative support to the division, enabling colleagues to focus on enhancing the lives and academic journeys of Warwick students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and efficient financial and general administrative support to the division

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the division to assist in achieving student experience goals

  • Use initiative and problem-solving skills to support the smooth operation of administrative processes

  • Maintain a keen attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support communication and coordination within the team and wider university services


About the Department:

The department focuses on enriching the students’ wider university experience beyond academics, including:

  • Coordinating a centralised Welcome programme for new students

  • Providing vital visa advice and support for international students

  • Ensuring compliance with UK immigration rules

  • Working with students to improve services and campus opportunities

  • Building a strong and supportive student community
