Student Recruitment Marketing Manager

Description:

We are looking for someone who brings experience of Higher Education recruitment marketing, ideally in a postgraduate environment. Someone who brings creativity, passion, innovative approaches and a really keen eye for detail with a strong track record in delivering business impact. The new Student Recruitment Marketing Manager will work closely with the Dean of Education and colleagues in Recruitment, Admissions, and External Relations to develop and deliver a new Student Recruitment Marketing Strategy and oversee the operational delivery of all recruitment marketing and conversion plans.

You will bring:

• A strong track record in student recruitment marketing
• Experience across the full marketing mix – developing strategy, delivering campaign plans and marketing activities
• A clear understanding of how to enhance the user journey and drive conversion through the recruitment funnel
• Experience of both online and offline channel marketing
• A desire to make a positive impact at a unique, mission-focused organisation
• Creativity, passion and a desire to innovate
