Student Wellbeing Project Officer

 

Description:

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is seeking a Student Wellbeing Project Officer to support initiatives aimed at enhancing student mental health and wellbeing. This role is an opportunity to contribute to LSE’s Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework and its Student Minds Charter Award application.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Research

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Student Mental Health and Wellbeing Framework.
  • Support evaluation of existing wellbeing provisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback through stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and workshops.
  • Conduct surveys, literature reviews, and research to enhance student wellbeing services.

Service Monitoring & Communication

  • Support monitoring and reviewing service standards for student wellbeing programs.
  • Assist with updating digital platforms (including the Student Wellbeing Service website).
  • Collaborate with colleagues on student wellbeing initiatives and awareness campaigns.

Administrative & Support Functions

  • Provide routine administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to student wellbeing services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
✔️ Passion for student wellbeing and a strong commitment to enhancing student experiences.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced university environment.
