As part of this expansion, Dipont is seeking exceptional Subject Academic Leads to join their London team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead subject-specific tutoring and mentoring for A-Level, IB, and Oxbridge preparation including entrance exams and interviews.

• Contribute to curriculum design and content development.

• Participate in academic projects and research-led learning initiatives.

• Mentor high-achieving students to help them succeed in competitive academic environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Oxbridge graduate with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in STEM or Humanities subjects.

• Strong experience in teaching or tutoring, especially with high-achieving secondary or pre-university students.

• Familiarity with Oxbridge admissions processes, entrance exams, and international academic competitions.

• Passionate about mentoring students and developing educational curricula.
