Description:
Professors Without Borders is a UK and Luxembourg registered charity dedicated to improving access to quality education globally. This voluntary remote role offers flexible responsibilities, ideal for those looking to develop skills, grow their professional network, and contribute meaningfully to educational causes.
Conduct research and prepare reports on countries, partners, travel restrictions, and visa processes.
Monitor and support programme progress from inception to completion.
Assist in partner meetings, draft concept notes, and conduct outreach to professors.
Manage logistics for travel and provide on-the-ground programme support.
Process volunteer professor forms, maintain the professor database, and update the online roster.
Actively participate in weekly programme team meetings.
Passion for education and alignment with the organisation’s mission.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
At least 6 months experience in project management, logistics, research, report-writing, or administration.
Experience working with partners and stakeholders is a plus.
Proactive, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
