Re-Vision, a leading institution in counselling and psychotherapy training, is inviting applications for two Supervisor positions for its Counselling Diploma in Integrative Transpersonal Counselling 2025-26 program. The successful candidates will work with small student groups (maximum of 4 members) over 11 sessions during the upcoming academic year (October to June).

The Supervisors will play a pivotal role in guiding second-year diploma students, supporting them in preparing for clinical placements and helping them integrate their theoretical learning into practical counselling practice.

Re-Vision’s approach is based on a circular re-visioning of the pre-ego-trans model developed from the work of Ken Wilber. It integrates multiple modalities including Jungian, Gestalt, relational, psychodynamic, neuroscience, body psychotherapy, family systems theory, developmental and archetypal psychology, and ecopsychology. This unique methodology combines a spiritual perspective with practical, high-quality therapeutic skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising small student groups (up to 4 students) over 11 sessions.

• Supporting students’ preparation for clinical placements.

• Helping students integrate theoretical knowledge into counselling practice.

• Providing guidance and mentorship within a holistic, integrative therapeutic framework.
