ITS CYCLING Limited, known as The Rider Firm (‘TRF’), is a fast-growing cycling product company with several in-house brands including HUNT Wheels, Privateer Mountain Bikes, Cairn E-Bikes, and Dissent 133 Equipment. Based in Sussex, UK, with subsidiaries in the USA and Germany, the company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Commercial Team.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing product supply and planning, handling supplier relationships, inventory, purchase orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and reporting to support sales and trading decisions. This role requires adaptability, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping, ordering, and reporting on lead times, supplier performance, delivery schedules, and freight forwarding costs.

• Update and produce daily, weekly, and ad hoc trading and stock reports with recommendations to maximize sales.

• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure product supply schedules are met.

• Manage pricing on company websites, including new products and discounts.

• Support accurate buying plans and raise purchase orders on time.

• Oversee stock delivery schedules and communicate updates across the business.

• Act as the main point of contact for Operations on stock inquiries, resolving issues quickly.

• Book and manage shipments with third-party freight and logistics providers.

• Maintain product files and upload products to websites and systems.

• Assist the Commercial Director with data analysis.

• Build positive relationships across departments.

• Proven experience managing supply chain processes and supplier relationships.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Organised, detail-oriented with strong time management.

• Cooperative and adaptable to changing business needs.

• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel and good technical skills.

Desirable:

• Interest or understanding of cycling (not essential).

• Experience in retail and/or commercial environments.
