The perfect candidate would have a healthcare background and hold an SVQ 3 in health and social care.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality housing support to service users
  • Supervise a team of Supported Housing Workers
  • Assess and review support needs of service users
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the building
  • Manage staff scheduling and recruitment process
  • Coordinate and attend development activities

 

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to use computer software (Microsoft Outlook and Word)
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous relevant experience preferred
  • Commitment to equality and diversity
