Pearson Carter are working alongside a software house which is very development heavy. That specialize in planning software for a array clients around Europe. They are Microsoft Partner which always keep up to date with new technology and provide great learning and development opportunities for the successful candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful applicant will bring development and preferably service desk experience either as part of a university computing degree or via commercial development projects. Whilst you will be surrounded by an outstanding team of developers and service desk staff to support your own development, you will be an individual who thrives on innovation and is comfortable in ‘owning’ development tasks.

You will need to demonstrate imaginative problem solving skills and the ability to create solid maintainable code. We also expect the successful applicant to be able to communicate clearly and professionally with our clients as well as team members.

Client contact is an important part of the role, since you will be expected to be in day-to-day contact with our customers. We already score highly with current customers’ satisfaction based on the quality and responsiveness of our support, our friendliness, and the fact that customers can talk to someone who is technically equipped to quickly answer questions either based on their knowledge or looking at the code. We are therefore looking for someone who is friendly and approachable as we already have great relationships with our customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

Simply they are looking for someone who is comfortable with .NET and dealing with clients directly in a support scenario.
