Support Engineer

Description:

A global broking organisation (supporting over 250 users in 14 countries) are currently looking for someone who is keen to start a career in the IT industry. You will be joining its progressive IT team; working with experienced technical professionals, this role will involve hands on technical exposure and interacting with users across the service desk function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Putting together PC’s and setting up hardware across the office.
• Interacting with users assisting them with any issues that need resolving.
• Working alongside senior members of the team gaining experience working in support role.
• You will be responsible for your own progression, taking note of the environment and implementing your knowledge in to real work scenarios.
