Description:
To provide comprehensive and effective administration and secretarial support within the Obstetric & Gynaecology Department.
The post holder will be working with in a team of administrative and secretarial staff and will provide a comprehensive audio typing service to the medical teams within the department. The post-holder will be able to type clinic letters, non clinic and discharge letters via digital dictation system. It is essential to have knowledge of Microsoft word and significant experience within a similar role. The post holder w ill also be required to assist the department with the co-ordination of all aspects of the obstetric and gynecology waiting lists as required.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
