Soulspire Care Agency is looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in Hartlepool.

No previous experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, compassion and willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

Your role will include:

* Supporting individuals with their day-to-day needs

* Promoting independence, dignity and choice

* Building positive and trusting relationships

* Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities
