Are you a Systems Administrator who thrives on the complexity of massive data environments? Do you have a "sixth sense" for system health and a passion for high-performance hardware?

Our client, a global powerhouse in digital transformation and IT infrastructure, is looking for a technical lead to ensure the resilience of world-class enterprise systems. This isn't just about keeping the lights on—it’s about optimization, foresight, and technical mastery. You will be the hands-on expert managing and optimising a cutting-edge environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deep-Dive Diagnostics: Move beyond "system down" alerts. You’ll find root causes and use advanced failure diagnostics to optimize performance.
• Infrastructure Strategy: Monitor and manage sprawling DC environments, turning sub-optimal systems into peak performers.
• Problem & Change Management: Evaluate risks, recommend architectural changes, and lead post-implementation knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge Transfer: Act as a consultant to the customer, bridging skill gaps and providing high-level technology recommendations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Troubleshooter’s Mindset: Extensive experience diagnosing complex infrastructure issues.
• Large-Scale DC Experience: You’ve managed high-availability enterprise environments and understand the stakes.
• Proactive Mentality: You know the difference between a "healthy" system and one that is about to fail.
• Mobility: Fluent in English and ready to travel within the Nordics (Initial travel to Norway is required for onboarding).
