As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment success for their clients, executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives, achieving hiring targets, and managing key partnerships. This role is both strategic and operational, ensuring a world-class experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Service Delivery: Implement the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring each requisition is approached efficiently and effectively.
Partnership Management: Deliver a high-quality experience to stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates, while expanding client influence.
Recruitment Excellence: Manage roles from start to finish, maintaining speed, quality, and engagement throughout the process.
Data & Process Improvement: Analyze recruitment data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Technology Adoption: Embrace innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies to enhance process effectiveness.
Requirements:
Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust quickly with clients and candidates
Full-cycle recruitment expertise in in-house, embedded, or RPO contexts
Exceptional time management, planning, prioritization, and follow-through
Proactive in learning and embracing new recruitment tools and technologies
Analytical mindset to leverage data for improved decision-making
