Wade Macdonald is partnering with a dynamic technology company in Central London to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for a hands-on, standalone position. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the full recruitment lifecycle across various business functions and directly shape the organization’s talent acquisition strategy alongside the CEO and senior stakeholders.
The role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution — from building effective hiring plans to sourcing exceptional talent and enhancing the overall candidate journey.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units
Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Provide advisory support on sourcing, talent market insights, and process improvements
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and talent pools
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Support and drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Minimum 5 years' experience in in-house or agency recruitment
Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, ATS systems, and market trends
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute quickly
Results-oriented with a proactive and strategic mindset
