Description:
As a Talent Assistant your main responsibilities are helping our creatives with the requirements of their practice across their various projects, but also supporting the wider agency as a whole especially our community led projects & initiatives.
To note: This role is designed for someone dedicated to supporting a creative talent agent, not as a route into a photography career. The successful candidate will value representing the roster and contributing behind the scenes, rather than pursuing a role as a photographer themselves.
Key Responsibilities.
- Supporting talent across projects & briefs from commission to delivery stage.
- Representing top tier artists & emerging creatives.
- Sourcing relevant imagery in our internal archive for licensing & commercial briefs.
- Developing pitches & treatments with our artists.
- Managing output for our Substack ‘The Warren’ including organising & posting of assets, arranging interviews with creatives & researching opportunities for our network.
- Updating Dust Bunnies social media, website, portfolios & our client newsletter.
- Organising internal archives & databases.
The Ideal Candidate.
Experience
- Experience in dealing with both clients & talent in a professional capacity.
- Proven experience in building decks, designing treatments & creating social assets.
- Prior experience in fast-paced editorial, commercial, or digital environments.
- Experience across both professional stills and motion workflows (stills-focused)
Skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
- Strong & confident communication skills especially in dealing with both clients & artists
- Technologically proficient- Notion, Readymag, Adobe.
- Reliable, flexible, and organised - able to pivot quickly between tasks.
- Able to take initiative especially with working predominantly from home.
Bonus Points
- Existing relationships with brands, agencies, producers, creative directors or commissioners.
- Experience with representing creative talent.
- Interest/ experience in writing.
