Description:

Ivee is a platform specifically for individuals returning to work after a career break in the UK. The company is seeking a Talent Partner to help expand their recruitment services. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across non-technical functions including Growth, Commercial, Customer, Operations, Finance, and People. You will partner with hiring managers, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Your role will involve creating diverse talent pipelines, proactively sourcing candidates, and ensuring that hiring targets are met. You will also be an ambassador for the employer brand, leading branding initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment across non-technical functions including Growth, Commercial, Customer, Operations, Finance, and People

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview scorecards, and optimize processes

• Provide timely updates on hiring activities and market insights

• Build diverse talent pipelines and proactively source candidates

• Screen candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience

• Support the Head of Talent on strategic initiatives related to hiring OKRs

• Lead branding initiatives to promote the employer brand

About You:

• 2-3 years of experience in in-house or agency recruitment

• Ability to manage 5-10 requisitions simultaneously

• High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication skills for writing job ads, outreach, and candidate interaction

• Passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques

• Motivated to deliver excellent outcomes and maintain momentum through recruitment cycles

• Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
