Due to organisational growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Billing, Pricing & Tariff Analyst to ensure our billing system is maintained, allowing accurate and timely bills to all customers. Our customer’s needs are always at the heart of everything we do, we truly deliver an exceptional customer service experience and this role will play a crucial role in achieving this.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of analysing data and have an extremely high attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator, have a desire to help others and can work through challenges to reach effective resolutions. Due to the nature of this role, you must be time conscious and have a proven track record of successfully meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities will include -

• Prepare estimated meter readings for water and heat prior to billing
• Ensure all billing activities adhere to regulatory obligations
• Resolve complex customer billing queries within service level agreements
• Undertake audits to ensure records are up to date
• Provide regular reporting to the senior management team
• Identify areas of improvements and develop, test and drive these changes
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote clarity of bills issued to customers
• Introduce new products and prices into the billing system
• Work with System Analysts to identify and implement system enhancements
