This role offers a broad range of tax work, allowing you to engage with corporate tax, real estate tax, and private client tax. Key Responsibilities:

📌 Broad Tax Expertise: Work on corporate tax, real estate tax, and private client tax, handling inheritance tax planning, CGT, M&A transactions, and corporate restructures.
📌 Diverse Client Base: Advise individuals, owner-managed businesses (OMBs), and larger corporates across industries such as healthcare, education, charities, and technology.
📌 Client-Facing Role: Provide practical tax solutions with a strong emphasis on client communication and relationship-building.
📌 Collaboration: Work alongside Partner Alex Ueno-Park, gaining hands-on experience with cross-team referrals and strategic tax planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of post-qualified experience in tax law (solicitor, associate, or senior associate level).
✅ Corporate Tax Knowledge: Exposure to corporate tax matters is required, with broader experience in real estate tax and private client tax being advantageous.
✅ Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and apply tax regulations.
✅ Commercial Awareness: Ability to assess risks, provide practical solutions, and offer strategic tax advice.
✅ Interpersonal Skills: A client-focused approach with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
