OSTTRA, a leading global post-trade solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Tax to oversee and manage the company’s international tax operations across more than eight countries. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring global tax compliance, optimizing tax positions, and supporting strategic business objectives.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Tax (UK), the Tax Manager will collaborate closely with internal finance, treasury, and legal departments while also liaising with external advisors and tax authorities. This role requires a strong understanding of complex international tax frameworks, the ability to lead cross-border initiatives, and the strategic insight to design and implement efficient tax structures.

Lead and manage international tax operations across OSTTRA’s global entities in over eight countries.
Ensure full compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax requirements.
Develop and execute cross-border tax strategies to support business expansion and improve tax efficiency.
Oversee transfer pricing documentation, policy implementation, and intercompany transaction reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Business Units) to provide tax advice and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
Manage relationships with external auditors, advisors, and tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with international tax standards.
Support M&A and restructuring activities, advising on tax implications and integration strategies.
Prepare and review tax filings, reconciliations, and disclosures in accordance with local and international standards.
Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulatory frameworks, advising leadership on potential business impacts.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the tax function to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent highly desirable.
Proven experience managing international tax operations in a multinational or fintech environment.
Strong understanding of transfer pricing, cross-border tax planning, and global tax compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to non-specialists.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment.
